MEETING ROOMS
The Kassam Stadium Convention Centre is the largest meeting & events venue in Oxfordshire. This amazing modern stadium is a perfect canvass for any event. Be it conference, team building or banquet, The Kassam Stadium is sure to exceed all your expectations.
Situated just outside Oxford city centre it is conveniently located within easy access of the M40 and M4 motorway routes.
The Quadrangle Suite:
The multi functional Quadrangle Suite is the largest suite in the stadium holding upto 1000 people theatre style. It also breaks down into three individually soundproofed suites all working independently from each other. Boosting contemporary styling, this room offers the perfect canvass for you to tailor your event as you desire.
The Oxford Suite:
The Oxford Suite is located on the first floor and is nearest room to the main staircase and Headington Bar. It is the first part of three soundproofed rooms which forms the Quadrangle Suite and can accommodate upto 390 people theatre style or upto 140 people for a dinner dance.
The Blenheim Suite :
The Blenheim Suite is located on the first floor and is the second of the three soundproof rooms which form The Quadrangle Suite. It is the perfect syndicate if your main meeting rooms are either the Oxford or Spires suites or it also works superbly as a breakout area for lunch. If you choose the Blenheim suite as your main meeting room, it can comfortably cater for up to 120 people in a theatre style set up.
The Spires Suite:
The Spires Suite located on the first floor, is the third of the individually soundproof rooms which forms The Quadrangle Suite. The room lends itself perfectly for presentations and can comfortably cater for up to 196 people theatre style or 84 people cabaret style with back projection.
The Exhibition Hall:
The Exhibition Hall is on the ground floor and covers over 5000sqft of floor space. The Hall has a private bar so lends itself perfectly to anything from cocktail parties and themed events to road shows and exhibitions. The hall also has vehicular access, making it an ideal area for impressive presentations or product launches.
The Manor Lounge:
The Manor Lounge is located on the first floor. Boosting natural daylight and air conditioning it is perfect for meetings for up to 50 people theatre style or maybe an intimate dinner party for upto 60.
The Maurice Evans Lounge:
The Maurice Evans Lounge is located on the first floor, adjacent to the Oxford Suite. It is identical to The Manor Room, again boosting natural daylight and air conditioning.
The Christchurch Suite:
The Christchurch Suite is suite located on the second floor and is ideal for executive meetings and seminars. The suite can hold a maximum of 100 people theatre style plus it has its own exclusive bar and bathrooms facilities.
The Boardroom:
This room is connected to the Christchurch Suite and can comfortably accommodate up to 24 people in a Boardroom set up. Alternatively this is a superb room for intimate private dining.
Al meeting rooms have natural daylight (except the Quadrangle) and are fully air conditioned.
Executive Boxes:
Our 26 Executive boxes are ideal for interviews, small meetings and dinners or as syndicate rooms. Accommodating upto 10 people, each box has a dramatic view of the Oxford United football pitch. We also have an additional 2 boxes that can accommodate up to 18 people in a boardroom set up which also over looks Oxford United football pitch.
